Eligibility of PM Kisan Yojana

Farmers should have the following qualifications to avail the benefits of the scheme.

• PM Kisan is a central scheme. The scheme is 100% funded by the Government of India.
• Under PM Kisan Yojana is given to small and marginal farming families.

The family is determined by the Government of India. Husband, wife and minor children (under 18 years of age) who own any cultivable land individually or jointly.

Standard of Assistance in PM Kishan

Pradhan mantri kisan samman nidhi yojana In Gujarat the beneficiary is paid Rs.6000 / - per year to the farmer family. 

This assistance is paid through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). Which is paid every four (4) months in three equal installments. 

Paid as first installment under PM Kisan Yojana from 01/12/2018 to 31/03/2019.

Who does not get the benefit of the scheme?

The benefit of PM Kisan Khedut Yojana is available to small and marginal farmers. 

The Government of India has determined the eligibility for this scheme. 

The details of which citizens will not get the benefit of this scheme are as follows.

• Individuals holding all kinds of constitutional positions, current and former, will not be found.
• Currently or in the past Minister / Minister of State, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha or Legislative Assembly or District Panchayat Chairperson will not get the benefit of this scheme.
• All officers and employees serving or retiring in various departments, offices, ministries or its field office of Central and State Government will not get the benefit of PMKSY. (Except multi-tasking staff / Class-4 and Group-D)
• Retired pensioners of all ages who are receiving a pension of Rs.10,000 / - or more per month (excluding multi-tasking staff / Class-4 and Group-D) will not get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana.
• Taxpayers who paid income tax in the last assessment year as well as professionals such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants and architects who have occupations registered with professional bodies will not be found.

New farmer account holders will have to fill up an online form to avail the benefits of this scheme. 

New Farmer Registration - PM Kisan can apply online from VCE for Gram Panchayat. VCE from Gram Panchayat will apply online for this scheme to new farmers through https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/ .

PM Kisan Beneficiary Status

• Then click on Beneficiary Status.
• After opening a new page, search can be done with Aadhaar card number, account number and mobile number.

Under PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana, the beneficiaries have to pay Rs.6000 per annum. 

It is paid by the Government of India in 2 months in 2000 installments. 

There is no need to go to the office or bank to see if the installment amount is credited to the account by DBT.
